Ann + Kevin’s beautiful engagement session in Laguna Canyon, captured by Eli Murray Weddings, is an extra special one for me to share. That’s because that babe in the blue dress is one of my very best friends in the whole wide world! Ann and I have been friends for over ten years and I have the honor of helping to design her July wedding AND be the maid of honor. Needless to say, I am beyond excited for her, so it’s pretty much the most fun thing ever for me to get a chance to post these gorgeous photos! In the next few months I will also be sharing photos from her upcoming bridal shower and then hopefully, her wedding! Stay tuned:)

 

 

 

Angie + Costa’s engagement session was sent over by C & I Photographers, and was captured on Main Street in Bel Air, Maryland. I love the cozy small town feel that the photos evoke! Here’s a bit more about the session from the photographer, Justin…

 

“We bounced around a bit through some of their regular stomping grounds- and then you know, had them sit in a fountain (the one right across from a police station of course). The bikes were a cute and, yet again, true touch. They live right down the street so its not uncommon to see these two frequenting their favorite watering hole, Sean and Bolan’s Irish Pub. Angie & Costa, were naturals. I had a lot of fun photographing them.”

 

 

Jazz and Anders met on an avocado farm, so where else could they possibly shoot their engagement session but a farm?! This quirky couple play in a band together, Sadie + The Blue Eyed Devils, so they wanted to incorporate their love of music and instruments into the session. They did just that, and had a ball dancing around the farm and playing songs! Big thanks to Between Lenses and Roses for capturing these moments and sending them over:)

 

Grace + Denny’s engagement session, sent over by Erica Rose Photography, is simply adorable! It has the perfect mix of color and pattern, and these two are so playful and fun together! The shoot took place at Crescent Beach in Vancouver just before the couple jetted off to Hong Kong for their wedding. Grace is a lover of fashion, and her brands of choice are Anthropologie, J. Crew and Kate Spade- some of which she rocked in this session! Check it out:)

 

 

Shannon + Marcus are getting married next October at a historic 1930s farm house in Agoura Hills, and they wanted their engagement session to have the same historic feel. What better place than Paramount Ranch, just a stones throw from their farmhouse wedding venue? This Hollywood backlot was built in the 1920s, and has been used in tons of movies and TV shows. It makes the perfect backdrop, don’t you think? Big thanks to RomaBea Images for sharing this session!

 

I think that Ryan + Danielle’s sunny + gorgeous lake engagement session is perfect for today! Even though it’s supposed to be winter, it’s in the 80s and the sun is shining bright in Southern California today- feels like summer!
