Kim and Tom’s upcoming wedding, and this engagement session are based on a poem that is dear to their hearts, “The Llama and The Aardvark”, by Leslie D. Perkins. It is ridiculously cute!

The Llama and the Aardvark
Went ambling by the llake;
The llama said, “I llove you
Aas much aas llemon cake.”

The lady aardvark aanswered,
“I’ve lloved you aall aalong,
Aas much as llarks and llovebirds
Aadore aan Aapril song.”

The llama said, “How llovely!
Llet’s never llive aapart!”
The aalways-aardent aardvark
aagreed with aall her heart.

Their photographer, Eddie of Up Imagery teamed up with their wedding planner, Nancy of So Happi Together (who also happens to be Eddie’s wife and my dear friend), to put together this adorable engagement session! Nancy also enlisted Jane of Olive Hue Paper (another sweet friend of mine), who created Kim and Tom’s invitation suite. Together they created all the darling felt details used throughout the shoot, and the llama and aardvark puppets. I llove it:)
