Newland Barn in Huntington Beach-
The Newland Barn is a charming little wedding venue that is owned by the city of Huntington Beach. It has a lot of character with rustic touches like a vintage looking whitewashed water tower. It is the perfect venue for a creative bride who wants to do a lot of DIY projects. Though cute on its own, it’s a venue that with a little creative flair can become really outstanding.
Seven Degrees in Laguna Beach-
This is one of the best wedding venues I have seen for an artsy, modern wedding. It’s architecture is asymmetric and made up of glass, granite and steel. There is a beautiful outdoor space that can be tented and used for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The indoor space is clean and open, which allows you to work wonders with lighting and decor to get any look you want. Let your imagination go wild! Even better, they offer an in-house design team to help you figure it all out!
Eucalyptus Lane in Ventura-
Travel a bit north of the other venues I’ve featured and you will find Eucalyptus Lane. A whimsical venue, which includes a lush, gorgeous lawn, dotted with shady trees and a rustic barn complete with chandeliers hanging from the wooden beamed ceiling. It looks like something out of a fairytale and I would love, love, love to attend a wedding there one day!
These venues are all amazing, but they just touch of the tip of all that Southern California has to offer in the way of wedding venues. They are some of my favorites though and I hope they provided some inspiration:)
