DIY: Gold Paper Bows…

I am SO, SO, crazy excited to share this with you today for a couple of reasons. Reason number one: because this gold paper bow DIY is both wildly adorable + simple. Reason number two: because this is the first installment of a DIY series I’ll be sharing from the wonderful folks over at Smitten on Paper!!! I can’t get enough of the creativity they are churning out, and I know you will feel the same:)

To start, download the Paper Bow Template.

Supplies: cardstock, scissors, hot glue gun, adorable dog (optional)

Instructions:

1. Print out the bow template on cardstock and cut out the three pieces for each bow.

2-5. Place a dot of hot glue on the back of the longest bow piece. Fold each end of the bow onto the glue to form the loops of your bow.

6. Glue your loops onto the middle of the medium sized bow piece.

7-8. Take the smallest piece of your bow template and wrap it around the middle of your bow and secure in the back with hot glue.

We used our bows to wrap up some adorable party favors and also add a little fancy to Oliver’s wardrobe!

Oh, Oliver! I am dying for you and your fancy gold paper bow! Anybody else with me?

Now, go craft up a gold paper bow storm and enjoy:)

Lots of love to Smitten on Paper for sharing this awesome DIY with us. Stay tuned to see more goodness from them soon!
